I have just added this Vesta tin to the growing collection, I suspect the early 20,s. it warranted a little research as it did puzzle me, so here is a brief summary, look it up it is fascinating:D!Not quite sure about piggy though;)!
The company was founded in Greenwich London C. 1900 to produce a formula of cattle food which consisted of mollases, sphagnum moss, and magnesium phosphate, to a secret recipe, during WW1 it was also used as an antiseptic dressing for war wounds!!
It was designed mainly for horses, but as the tin suggests it was also palatable to all cattle as well as piggy and the lady:hehe:!!

Hi Cyril.

The antiseptic and antibacterial qualities of sphagnum moss have long been known,

it was being used in wound dressings during WW1
