I'm sure I've seen one before Keith, possibly in the Pumping Station? They are not the run-of-the-mill flagon, so a bit of added interest there. :)

Dedicated to Neath area bottles, flagons etc.

When I lived in Neath, I had two flagons written 'The Briton Ferry Chemical & Manure Co ltd' which I can only imagine was a product for gardeners. I also had a huge enamel sign to go with them:w00t: Strange indeed, but I've not seen any others to this day.

Would be good to discover an advert for same - I'm also going to guess the flagons could have also carried a paper label as well… live in hope eh?

In a quick newspaper archive search the earliest advertisement I have found for Lamblin dates from 1910.
In an advertisement from 1938 it was claimed Lamblin had been in use for 30 years so its introduction was probably around 1908.
The last advertisement I have found dates from 1949.
