I dunno, but I'll take your word for it. I've tried magnifying it and I still can't make it out. Also tried a google search for a Bolesworth pot and came up with nothing.

Looking again it could even be two tone in which case it could be anything. Unfortunately I don`t think it is a Bolesworth.

I agree it could be a two tone.... Maybe... I took the magnification on my 'puter up to 500% and there's a definite shield shape on the pot similar in shape to that on a Carricks pot. Really it was just the unusual colour that caught my eye and my interest as I've never seen another pot with that colour.

Never seen that one before & Martock is only about 5 miles away from where I live & the family name / company - Paull & Co, still exists today, they are now a Builders merchant/ DIY store .....
