Available from ebay these heart shaped earring stands make good pot lid stands. I paid £14 for five stands. Just adjust the size of brass hooks and screw them into the holes provided or drill new holes if required. Assorted brass hooks cost about £4 a box on ebay.

Now there's nice display of pot lids. Have you ever noticed that the address of Jules Hauel sometimes reads Chesnut St as in the case of your examples and on other lids I've seen from the same manufacturer the address is shown as Chestnut St?

Hi old ruminator, opened your pic and accidentally swiped and ended up spending ages looking through your photo bucket images, very very impressive, caving and the drone, and all the great shots of caves pretty much, hope I haven't invaded your privacy, you can turn it to private, although I'm glad you hadn't and like to think that was your choice as I don't feel like your privacy has been invaded from the shots I've seen, and felt like I had to admit to viewing at least.

What are the white stones in the pools ? And what are the stalegmites that go all wavey all over the shop, how does that happen ?

Great lids, thanks for showing.

click a link below please, shows offenders images, see if you can spot anyone who may have tried to reinvent themself as someone else near you, putting those around you in danger as long as they are unknown, could be closer to you than you think, these type of people dont disclose, they do whatever they can to hide their past, but they are still the same, you could change someones life.

I have no particular problem with linking back to Photobucket though I must admit I cant say I like it. ( I guess anything on Photobucket was up for sharing somewhere ).

Will refer to the cave photos on another thread.

Cheers.

Beautiful lids, a Mrs Filces in good condition is still on my 'wants' list !

Wanted --- any unusual items from Kent & the South East, including advertising, early stoneware, & bottles (of course!).  Also rare patent poisons, early pontilled medicines, & rare burst lip/teakettle inks.

Totally agree - on both counts...not too fussed if the Mrs Filce's has some damage even...a great display.
