Hi,

Could anyone please tell me the rarity of a London monochrome lid - Williams & Elvey Chemists, Cherry Tooth Paste,  8 Halkin St West, Belgrave Sq. I'm not able to find out anything about this lid or the Chemists apart from they were retailing during the 1860's.

Really nice looking lid, but unfortunately damaged so I'm looking to pass on to a collector who will cherish!

Top quality pictorial ginger beers wanted, especially the rare ones!

Hi, very rare lid. We have photograph just one damaged example for the new book - never seen another (broken in two through the words Cherry and Paste - 91mm). Is this your example? The Cold creams from the same company are slightly easier to get hold of, coming in two sizes.
