Never heard of a blue one, if it turned up it would send the US hair bottle collectors nuts.
The amber one is a five quid bottle, the puce/ amethyst example with the Broome st address on the side seems to make around 175/200 US. I once had an early one with this address in dark olive green which made silly money on ebay many years ago.

Love these bottle. If they are in the colour shown above they look well next to a copper blue Clarke's Blood Mixture ... try it.

Quite common, I think the earlier they are the lighter the colour. Nice but not high value Im afraid
