Never heard of a blue one, if it turned up it would send the US hair bottle collectors nuts.
The amber one is a five quid bottle, the puce/ amethyst example with the Broome st address on the side seems to make around 175/200 US. I once had an early one with this address in dark olive green which made silly money on ebay many years ago.

Quite common, I think the earlier they are the lighter the colour. Nice but not high value Im afraid
