Just wondering how many one off bottles / lids are in your collections. There must be a few only known examples out there !!

Heres one of mine.

As far as i know the only example known to exist

FOX'S PATENT. E.MERCER. MILL LANE, OFF DARWEN ST. BLACKBURN. IMPERIAL GINGER BEER. CROWN TRADE MARK.

I own quite a few bottles that are only known examples, especially early stoneware, but here are some from my mineral waters collection.

Haig Brothers Gravesend (far left)

Wanted --- any unusual items from Kent & the South East, including advertising, early stoneware, & bottles (of course!).  Also rare patent poisons, early pontilled medicines, & rare burst lip/teakettle inks.

hi pete,

great to see that early button codd opener again, think you purchased it from me found in a tin of buttons at a carboot sale and saved from being thrown away.
